picturesque, traditional Dales village
Horseshoe Cottage is a
delightful 18th Century stone built cottage, situated on a quiet lane in
this small Dales village, nestling under the slopes of Buckden Pike. The
cottage which is south facing enjoys open fell views in magnificent
walking and cycling country.
Starbotton is a traditional Dales
village which lies deep within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, yet just
16 miles north of the market town of Skipton. Grassington and Hawes are
closer still, with the delightful villages of Buckden and Kettlewell being
just 2 miles north and south respectively.

Starbotton has
its own traditional Dales Inn serving excellent ales and food. The village
is a perfect centre for walking, cycling, fishing, potholing, pony
trekking and other outdoor activities.
Accommodation includes
lounge with beamed ceiling, wood burning stove; kitchen/dining room; two
bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), bathroom.
Facilities include electric cooker,
microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, colour TV/Video, radio/cassette/CD,
telephone. Night storage heaters in all rooms - electricity logs included in holiday price.
